multi channel video installation

Several screens in an exhibition space simultaneously show a somewhat pathetic pyrotechnic display, which was created using a lighter and deodorant aerosol. This work was made for the group exhibition Shred, outlined below.

Shred, was a group exhibition comprising of 7 artists work, exploring the periods after reactionary politics where apathy towards power and culture are employed. Reams of information are destroyed and censored in efforts for no one to see. Ideological pasts are distanced and nihilism is enforced as a defence mechanism.
